60-Day Limited Manufacturing Warranty
Clonts Jewelry is committed to the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Every purchase is covered by our 60-Day Limited Manufacturing Warranty, which protects against confirmed manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase.
If you experience damage due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece.
What the 60-Day Limited Manufacturing Warranty Covers
Within 60 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase, this warranty includes:
- Repair of confirmed manufacturing defects
- Correction of defective settings or workmanship issues
- Repair of bent prongs or missing accent stones caused by manufacturing defects
- Professional cleaning and inspection related to a warranty evaluation
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Clonts Jewelry will repair or replace the item at no charge, at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Discoloration caused by chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, bathing, or environmental exposure
- Routine maintenance, resizing, or upkeep
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, or trauma (including bent heads, loosened prongs, or missing center stones)
- Loss or theft of gemstones, center stones, or the entire piece
- Damage resulting from failure to obtain recommended maintenance or repairs
- Any modifications, repairs, or services performed by a jeweler other than Clonts Jewelry
Important Care Information
Fine jewelry is subject to wear from daily use. Rings in particular experience frequent pressure and impact. Precious metals and prongs may wear over time and require maintenance as part of normal ownership.
Warranty Limitations
Repairs or services performed by any jeweler other than Clonts Jewelry will void this 60-Day Limited Manufacturing Warranty.
If damage is determined to be outside the scope of this warranty, a repair estimate will be provided for approval prior to any work being completed.
Clonts Care Plan: Confidence for Everyday Wear
Jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed — not worried about. The Clonts Care Plan makes repairs simple and stress-free, so you can continue wearing your jewelry with confidence.
This care plan extends beyond our manufacturing warranty by covering routine maintenance and many types of damage caused by normal wear.
Plan Options
- Care Plans are available in three-year terms
- Pricing is based on the value of each individual piece and calculated at checkout
- Each jewelry item requires its own Care Plan
- Coverage begins 60 days after delivery
What the Clonts Care Plan Covers
- Rhodium plating
- Professional refinishing and polishing
- Inspection, tightening, and repair of prongs and settings
- Broken, bent, or excessively worn components due to normal wear
- Cracked or thinning bands or shanks
- Ring resizing
- Broken clasps, bracelets, or chains
- Repair of cracked or chipped stones (when damage is not related to loss)
- Broken earrings
What the Care Plan Does Not Cover
- Loss or theft of jewelry or stones
- Missing diamonds or gemstones
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, or neglect
How Repairs Work
If your jewelry requires service, contact us at tyler@clontsfinejewelry.com with your order number so our team can assist you.
Unauthorized Repairs
Repairs performed outside of Clonts Jewelry will not void your Care Plan, but services completed without prior authorization will not be covered. Please contact us before proceeding with outside repairs.
International Orders
Care Plans are currently available to U.S. customers only. If you need a repair in the meantime, please contact us directly for assistance.
Additional Recommendations
Our care plan and limited manufacture warranty do not protect against loss or theft. We recommend maintaining independent jewelry insurance.
