Shipping Overview
Clonts Jewelry offers complimentary standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Orders are shipped using secure, insured shipping methods. Shipping carriers and methods may vary based on order value, destination, and delivery timeframe selected at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Some orders may require up to 1–3 business days for processing prior to shipment.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (MST) will begin processing the following business day
- Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on Monday
- Custom, resized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Transit times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped.
Delivery Information
For your protection:
- All shipments are fully insured for their full value
- Deliveries must be made to a physical residential or business address
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is dependent on the carrier and is outside of our direct control.
Special Delivery Requests
We understand many jewelry purchases are intended for special occasions.
If you need:
- Delivery on a specific date
- Saturday delivery (where available)
- Hold at carrier location
Please contact us before shipment so we can assist when possible. Additional fees may apply for special delivery services.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Clonts Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify Clonts Jewelry within 5 days of receiving tracking information so that an insurance claim may be initiated.
Address Changes & Rerouting
For insurance and security reasons, packages cannot be rerouted or redirected once shipped.
Please verify all shipping details carefully before completing your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing by Clonts Jewelry.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

14-Day Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Our 14-day exchange policy begins on the date a product is delivered or the date of an in-store purchase.
If more than 14 days have passed, the item is no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Returned in original packaging
- Properly packed to prevent damage
Customers must report shipping or product discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Orders outside the 14-day exchange window (including layaway orders)
- Rings that have been resized or modified
- Engraved fine jewelry
- Personalized jewelry (including name necklaces)
- Items that have been previously exchanged
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Orders altered while in process
Custom Orders — All Sales Final
All custom orders are final and non-refundable, including custom designs and custom ring sizing.
Exchange / Store Credit Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, the exchange or applicable store credit will be processed accordingly.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Clonts Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Clonts Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
Important Note Regarding Layaway Orders
Layaway purchases do not follow the standard 14-day exchange policy.
All layaway exchanges, cancellations, and credits are governed exclusively by the Layaway Policy.
