With Shop Pay Installments, you may be able to pay in 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks, or choose monthly installment plans for larger purchases. Payment options are subject to eligibility, purchase amount, and location. Rates may vary and are provided by Affirm.

We accept most major international credit cards. All available card options will be displayed during checkout. Due to the value of fine jewelry purchases, payment authorizations may occasionally be declined. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your card issuer to approve the transaction before attempting checkout again.

Layaway Plans

Clonts Jewelry offers layaway options for both U.S. and Canadian customers.

• Sales tax is calculated based on the rate in effect at the time your order ships.
  
• Items may be held on layaway for up to 12 months from the original purchase date.
  
• An initial deposit of 20% of the purchase price is required.
  
• Monthly payments are required on either the 1st or the 15th of each month, as arranged with a sales associate.
  
• The minimum monthly payment is 5% of the total order value or $100, whichever is less.
  
• Additional or larger payments may be made at any time.
  
• Layaway orders must be paid in full within 12 months. Orders not completed within this timeframe may be canceled.
• If an item becomes unavailable during the layaway period for reasons beyond our control, all payments made will be issued as store credit.

Layaway Cancellations & Adjustments

• Layaway deposits may be applied toward an exchange within 30 days, excluding custom-designed, engraved, modified, or special-order items.
  
• Payments made after 30 days are non-refundable.
  
• If a layaway order is canceled after 30 days and before shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, with the remaining balance issued as store credit.
  
• Eligible layaway ring purchases may be resized within 60 days of shipment, excluding non-refundable or custom items.

Non-Payment & Late Payment Policy

• A one-time late fee of $35 may be applied if a scheduled monthly payment is more than 30 days past due.
  
• If no payment is received for 90 consecutive days, the layaway may be canceled at our discretion.
  
• Upon cancellation for non-payment, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted and any remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.
